1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the BINEST application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2 Description of Service
BINEST is a comprehensive business management application for small and medium businesses. Our services include:
- Billing and invoicing system
- Inventory and stock management
- Customer relationship management (CRM)
- Expense tracking and reporting
- Due/Udhari payment tracking
- Business analytics and reports
- Notification and reminder system
- Data backup and restore functionality
3 User Account
- Create an account with accurate information (name, business name, mobile, email)
- You are responsible for maintaining credentials confidentiality
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the App
- Providing false information may result in account suspension
- One account per user/business — multiple accounts not allowed
4 User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful business purposes. You shall NOT:
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Transmit harmful, threatening, or abusive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all business data entered. Maintain regular backups — we are not liable for data loss.
5 Data and Privacy
- Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy
- We store data on secure servers to provide our services
- We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties
- You retain ownership of all business data you enter
6 Intellectual Property
- The App, design, code, logos, and content are BINEST's intellectual property
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for business use
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part without consent
7 Service Availability
- We strive for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may suspend the App for maintenance or updates without prior notice
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time
8 Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for financial losses or accounting errors
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
9 Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through App settings
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts for Terms violations
- Data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period upon termination
10 Changes to Terms
- We may modify these Terms at any time
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- Significant changes will be notified via in-app notifications or email
11 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
